City of Napa  
A key stakeholder, partner and supporter of the Flood Control District and the Corps of Engineers.  


Napa County Flood Control  The local sponsor for the award winning Napa River Flood Management Plan. 


U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Designed the project working with the City of Napa and Napa County Flood Control.   Currently managing the Projects's contract.


Suulutaaq 

Prime contractor responsible for day-to-day project execution and management of all project and all subcontractors.

Napa Valley Petroleum  Supplies fuel for the equipment.

Lori Cagwin-Carey Landscape  Lori-Cagwin-Carey Landscape is providing landscape architecture design


CAV Media Studios  Provides photographic and construction video services.






PPI Engineering  Provides AutoCad and GIS graphics as well as construction details.


  



Rinker Materials  Provides pre-cast concrete structures for the project.




Adobe Lumber  Supplying the lumber for the train platform walkway.



Reichers Spence Associates  Providing 3-D computer modeling of the underground utilities.






Rental Solutions  Providing heavy equipment and tools to job sites.

 


Central Valley Builders Supply  Provides tools, hardware, and materials.







GSM Landscape Architects 

Performed landscape and tree inventory of the Train Station.

 









 United Equipment Rentals  Is supplying some of the heavy equipment and tools necessary for construction of the streets and track bed.


Napa Electric  Provides electrical services for lighting and power supply.






J K Plumbing  Provides plumbing services for the revisions to the train station.





Napa Recycling and Waste Services  Provides trash receptacles for the job sites.






Office Depot, Napa  Provides Office supplies for the Suulutaaq compound.


Frye's Printing, Inc.   Provides Copy and plan reproduction services.





Napa-Vallejo Waste Management  Receives all the unsuitable material and demolition debris.








Alhambra Bottled Water 

Provides drinking water to the trailer compound.

 




Syar Industries, Inc.  Syar Industries and Concrete

provides the crushed rock, gravel, aggregate base and concrete for the project.




Burney Trucking, Napa  Provides dump truck service for earthwork, aggregate and demolition.




 DW Pump Company, Napa  DW Pumps Provides electrical generators for power.

 






Lady Janitorial  Provides janitorial services to the on-site trailers.



Project subcontractors (26%) located 20 - 50 miles from Napa



Kiewit Corporation  Constructing the two concrete railroad bridges.  One will be over the Napa River the second is over the Dry Bypass Channel.  


Industrial Railways Company  Will be constructing the new 3300 linear feet of tracks.



 


Pacific Coast Cutters, Inc.  Provides saw cutting of asphalt and concrete for demolition and excavation.







Railway Signals Construction, Inc. 

Re-doing all railway crossing signals at Soscol, First and Third Streets.




West Concrete, Inc.  West Concrete, Inc. is providing all curb, gutter, flatwork and retaining walls on the project.






DenBeste Transportation  Responsible for hauling the Class 1 and Class 2 contaminated soil to approved disposal sites.

 



Traffic Management, Inc.  Provides traffic control plans, signs and barricade.




Mobile Modular  Provides the construction office trailers.





Pacific States Petroleum  Supplies fuel for the Suulutaaq equipment.




Abe Construction Services  Provides vibration instrumentation monitoring services and pile driving monitoring.




Westone Corporation  Operates and maintains phone services for the job site.


Project subcontractors (6%) located 51 - 100 miles from Napa



Lakeview Petroleum Company  Supplies fuel for the Suulutaaq vehicles.



Lyon Engineering  Provides construction survey services.







Sierra Testing Laboratories   Providing materials and soils testing as well as quality control monitoring.  



Harold E. Nutter, Inc.  The main electrical contractor responsible for all the communications lines, underground power, and street lighting.



MCB Framers, Inc.  Constructing the wood walkway from the train station to the loading platform, and new railing around the train station.
